Collection of Personal Data

When you purchase something from MyHealth, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our services, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Use of Personal Information

You hereby acknowledge that the information voluntarily provided by you or third-party service provider will be automatically fetched and stored under MyHealth Patient Portal. This information will be used to comply with central, state or local laws as and when required. It will be used to provide a wholesome view of your medical records, reports and other data to avert serious threat to your safety. It will enable you to view content, share or download your information at any point of time. The information can be used to conduct internal research, statistical analysis and business intelligence in an aggregated manner. The information will be used to authenticate your sign-in in order to prevent fraudulent usage and abuse. All non-personal information created by MyHealth will be seamlessly used without restriction as permitted under the privacy policy.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information that we collect from you in the following manner

a.) To service providers and third parties for healthcare analytics. These vendors are bound by contractual obligations to keep confidentiality intact.

b.) We hold the right to share the information with government or other bodies on government request in order to investigate fraud for protecting your safety.

c.) We may share it to the buyer or successor in case of merger, re-organization or dissolution wherein the information obtained by MyHealth will be retained as assets transferred.

d.) MyHealth may share information with its employees only on a need-to-know basis in order to provide the services we offer.

e.) Location data will be used only for showing you search results for booking appointments if any, and other concierge services.

 

CONSENT:

We request you to carefully read through the privacy policy and terms of use, before sharing personal information with us. This policy is applicable to the new as well as old users of the portal. You hereby acknowledge that the collection, receipt and usage, processing, disclosure and transfer of your information in accordance with the provisions laid down in this privacy policy. No liability will exist pertaining to the authenticity or misrepresentation or negligence of the information revealed to MyHealth by you.

Collection, usage and disclosure of information has been in lines with IT Rules 2011(Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) for India. This requires the consent of the user in order to offer the services. By affirming, you hereby provide your consent to MyHealth for using, collection and disclosure of information for provision of services.

How do I withdraw my consent?

PAYMENT:

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Payment: 

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

a.) User may choose to provide explicit consent to connect/integrate user’s Gmail/ Facebook/LinkedIn or any other social media account for signing in on the platform.

b.) This email or Facebook/LinkedIn/Social Media account will be used to validate your identity for single sign on.

c.) User may alternatively sign in using device single sign on via android or iOS. This will be used to validate the identity for single sign on. Barcodes/QR Code can also be used as an alternative.

d.) Email can be used to share reports with MyHealth in order to digitize the same. All Medical reports, Lab Test, Care Documents can be sent to you via email.

e.) We shall not use the data received from email to third parties for any purpose other than the one explicitly authorized by the user.

f.) You can de-link your Gmail account at any point of time by writing to myhealth@icaresecure.com

 

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Confidentiality

You hereby acknowledge that the information contained in MyHealth portal shall not be disclosed without our prior consent. You will not sell your personal information or health insights generated by MyHealth to any third party. Any communication shared by us will be in line with the agreed services and you hold the sole right to discontinue association at any point of time.

User’s Rights

All information provided to MyHealth is voluntary and the user holds the right to withdraw from the services at any point of time. Withdrawal in this case doesn’t allow deletion of the past information or insights generated therefrom. MyHealth owns the intellectual right of the data generated by MyHealth, however users may edit, correct or delete the personal information. The information will continue to stay in the archives for security reasons.

Non-disclosure agreement laws agreed with third parties will be produced by MyHealth if need be.

Opting Out

MyHealth may send you notification and promotional offers from time to time regarding its services. You may choose to opt out of these notifications at any point of time. You may still continue using MyHealth without these additional offerings. MyHealth or its associates will not send any further communication in that case.

Data Deletion

In case you wish to delete your account on MyHealth, you can do it at any point of time. For deletion of your account, you can write to us at myhealth@icaresecure.com. Your profile will be successfully deleted along with all the health information within it.

Amendment

MyHealth reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy in order to keep updated with the changes required in the ecosystem. Your continued usage of the services shall be deemed of your acceptance for the same.
