Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Fees:

You subscription fees is automatically charged to your credit card at the end of subscription period. It gets auto renewed in accordance to the plan chosen by you, either monthly, quarterly or annually.

Your subscription will be cancelled in case of outdated credit card information. It can be reactivated upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling your Membership/ Subscription Plan:

You can cancel the subscription from your profile page on MyHealth. Once you cancel the subscription, you will not lose access immediately. Your membership benefits will continue till the end of your current term. Once it reaches the end of the term, it will not auto renew the subscription.

Cancelling a Booking/ Service:

All services booked on our website are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by us. This applies to all services, including but not limited to health report digitization, teleconsultation, lab tests, and more.

Refunds:

MyHealth Subscription fees are non-refundable. In case you want to unsubscribe, you can do it from your profile and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. In case of unsuccessful payments, the payment gateway will refund the amount in three to five working days, in case your card has been billed. You need to reach out to your bank in case of any discrepancy.

Late or missing refunds of unsuccessful payment gateway:

If you haven’t received a refund of an unsuccessful payment gateway yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at myhealth@icaresecure.com
